Customers purchasing on tescomaegypt.com may exercise a right of withdrawal by returning goods within the period indicated below, without penalty and without the need to specify a reason, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal request before the period expires.
Returned items must be unused and complete with original packaging, labels, and accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete may not be eligible for withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact Customer Service with your order number and list of items to return. You will receive instructions for pickup or drop-off and the return address. Upon receipt and inspection, the price paid for the returned items will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or required by law, direct return shipping costs may be borne by the Customer. If the goods are not eligible for withdrawal following inspection (e.g., used or incomplete), they may be returned to the Customer at their expense.
When withdrawal is validly exercised, the Seller will refund the amounts received for the returned goods within a reasonable period after receiving the items and completing inspection.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, to sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed, or in other cases provided by law.
