This page sets out the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty administered in Egypt by Ezzelarab Trading Company for products purchased on tescomaegypt.com. The warranty is provided in addition to the Customer’s statutory rights and does not affect them.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, modifications, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty period is indicated on the product page or packaging and may vary by product line. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, service life or durability indications are for guidance and do not extend the warranty period.
Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date of purchase and product details. Keep your proof of purchase for the entire warranty period.
To report a suspected manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service on any of our official pages, email, or phone number with your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, supporting photos or videos. Instructions for inspection, pickup, or drop-off will be provided. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced; if neither is possible, a refund may be offered.
At the Seller’s discretion and depending on product availability, the remedy may consist of repair, replacement with the same or equivalent model, or refund of the purchase price. Any repaired or replaced item continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
The warranty does not apply to consumables and parts subject to normal wear (e.g. coatings, seals, silicone parts) due to ordinary use, nor to defects caused by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
